Confluenze organizes an excursion in Scurosa Valley

1' di lettura 24/07/2020 - At the feet of mountain Pennino, in the valley, a stream flows – named Scarsito – a tributary of Potenza river. Here’s a shady path in a beautiful beechwood, which switches between rocky ascents (you can climb on rocks) and river crossing parts.

The meeting point is at 7,45 a.m. at the parking situated between A14 Senigalllia exit and the fire department.
At 9,30 a.m. break at the cottage “Il Sentiero del Sole”.
At 10,15 a.m. start of the excursion from the path which begins in the street directed to Montelago, after Sefro. Arrival at Fonte del Sacramento and return.

Time: about 4,30 hours (including pauses)

Masks and social distancing are compulsory. We warmly suggest to wear a suitable clothing for weather conditions, trekking shoes, water supply and snacks.

At 3,00 p.m. lunch at “Il Sentiero del Sole” restaurant. Menu: two dishes of handmade pasta, rabbit meat at lemon juice. Veal bites with grana, water, wine, coffee and crema catalana (price €18)
You can also bring you own packed lunch.

At 4,30 p.m. voluntary visit at “Li Vurgacci” starting from the city centre of Pioraco.
