In Pesaro, Uliassi arrives with his revolutionary "street food": high quality recipes brought to people in a simple and direct way, exactly like the original street food. And to stick to the “street” rules, Uliassi prepares and serves his food in a little caravan .
Moreover, in Piazza del Popolo, everyday from 6 pm to 9.30 pm it will be possible to taste other typical regional recipes: the brodetto, sardines and mackerels, the Carpegna ham, the Urbino casciotta and the famous Acqualagna truffle.
